The Good Life - 03/26/2023 - Another bad day

Another bad day. I just can’t seem to get well. That’s alright. My weekend chores and shopping are done. My socializing’s done too. A difficult and successful week of work is fresh in my rearview mirror. A challenging week lies just ahead. I’ll sit in this chair all day with my book dozing and reading, nodding off and reading—or maybe I’ll go sit on the stoop in the sunlight with my dog, dozing and reading, nodding off and reading. Put that way, feeling ill now ain’t so bad. True limits and true opportunity recognized and lived. A slow Sunday of peaceful rest.
