Looking back on the route so far, through the tangled weeds and forgotten and neglected spaces; I’ll remember fondly that I’d walked alone, and without the distraction of comforting companionship or the warmth of my fellows, long enough to forget for some moments that the cosmos are largely empty. That all we have are one another.
